What documents do I need to rent a car?
+A valid driver's license, date of birth, and home address are required, along with proof of insurance — either your own policy or coverage added at checkout.
Do I need my own insurance?
+You can self-insure by uploading your insurance ID card during booking, or add rental coverage through our insurance partner if you don't have your own policy.
Where can I pick up my vehicle?
+We offer two pickup locations: Orlando International Airport and our East Orlando location. You'll choose one when you book.
What's included with every rental?
+Every rental includes a 200-mile daily allowance, and requires a $250 refundable security deposit and a minimum driver age of 21.
How is pricing calculated?
+Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly rate when you book — pricing is shown up front. Rates are subject to 6.5% Florida sales tax plus a $2/day state rental surcharge.
How do I confirm my reservation?
+Submit your request with your preferred dates, vehicle, and pickup location. Our team confirms by phone or email to finalize your booking.
