Know what to expect before you drive
These customer-friendly summaries help you prepare. Your reservation confirmation and signed rental agreement contain the final terms for your specific rental.
Driver requirements
The primary renter and every approved additional driver must present a valid, unexpired driver license and complete identity verification before receiving the vehicle.
Age eligibility
Minimum-age and young-driver requirements are confirmed before booking. Contact us before reserving if you have any questions about eligibility.
Payment and deposits
An accepted payment method is required. A refundable security deposit may apply; the amount, authorization, and release conditions are disclosed before confirmation.
Insurance and protection
Coverage requirements must be satisfied before pickup. Proof of qualifying insurance or an approved protection option may be required, depending on the reservation.
Fuel
Return the vehicle at the fuel level stated in the agreement. Refueling charges may apply when a vehicle is returned below the required level.
Mileage
Mileage terms vary by vehicle and rate. Any allowance, unlimited-mileage feature, or excess-mileage charge will be shown before you confirm the reservation.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us promptly if your plans change. Eligibility for changes, credits, refunds, or fees follows the terms shown during booking.
Late returns and extensions
Extensions require approval before the scheduled return time. Unapproved late returns may result in additional charges and other remedies allowed by the agreement.
Pickup and delivery
Location and delivery options depend on timing, distance, staffing, and vehicle availability. Any delivery charge will be confirmed in advance.
Vehicle condition
Guests should inspect the vehicle at pickup and report concerns before departure. The vehicle must be returned in the condition required by the agreement, allowing for ordinary use.
Approved drivers and use
Only drivers named and approved on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Illegal, reckless, racing, towing, off-road, or otherwise prohibited use is not permitted.
Gig-economy use
Delivery, rideshare, or other commercial-platform use is permitted only when disclosed in advance and approved in writing. Additional documentation, coverage, or vehicle-specific terms may apply.
