What do I need to rent a vehicle?
Each renter must present a valid, unexpired driver license and complete identity and payment verification. Additional documents may be requested before pickup.
Is there a minimum age to rent?
Yes. The minimum age to rent is 21. Renters aged 21 to 24 are welcome and must hold a valid, unexpired driver license.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is held on every rental and released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
Do I need insurance?
Coverage requirements are reviewed during booking. You may be asked to provide proof of qualifying coverage or select an approved protection option when available.
Are daily, weekly, and monthly rentals available?
Yes. The 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage is $45 per day, $300 per week, or $1,100 for 28 days. Every SUV in the fleet is $50 per day, $330 per week, or $1,190 for 28 days.
Is mileage unlimited?
Mileage allowances vary by vehicle and rate. Some vehicles may include 200 miles per day. Always review the mileage terms shown for your selected vehicle before reserving.
What is the fuel policy?
Please return the vehicle at the fuel level stated in your rental agreement. A refueling charge may apply when a vehicle is returned below that level.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Contact us as soon as possible. Any change, cancellation, refund, or fee will follow the terms disclosed for your reservation.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Call us before the scheduled return time. Unapproved late returns may create additional rental charges and can affect another customer’s reservation.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and delivery options depend on timing, location, and vehicle availability. Contact us before booking so we can confirm the best arrangement.
Can I use a rental for delivery or gig work?
Some vehicles may be eligible for approved gig-economy use. You must disclose the intended use before booking and receive written approval. Additional coverage or terms may apply.
How do I reserve a specific vehicle?
Choose your vehicle on our Fleet page and select “Reserve This Vehicle.” You will be taken to the secure reservation page for that vehicle.
